State Road 145 Birdseye, IN 47513

Located at the top of the county and only minutes off Interstate 64 sits a beautiful, wooded tract that splits State Rd 145. Both the West and East side along the state road have around 1290 feet of road frontage with a great view into the forest. The East side gradually gains elevation as you walk towards the top scatter with terraced flat ground along the way. Once at the top this property adjoins Ferdinand State Forest and offers direct access to it. The timber is a mix of mature timber with future hardwood growth in mid stage.
