Worried home prices are about to crash? The latest expert forecast says otherwise. 🏡
Fannie Mae recently asked more than 100 housing experts where they think home prices are headed through 2030 — and the overall expectation is that prices will rise, not fall.
Even the more cautious forecasts still show home prices moving up over time.
That does not mean every market will move the same way. Some areas may see short-term dips or slower growth, but nationally, experts are not calling for a crash.
